1. Real Estate Licensing

RC Thornton holds California Department of Real Estate (DRE) License #01266660. Oliver Thornton holds California DRE License #01969227. Both are licensed real estate professionals in the State of California. License status can be verified at dre.ca.gov.

2. General Contractor Licensing

Thornton Design Group Inc holds California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License #1159219. License status, classification, and bond information can be verified at cslb.ca.gov.

3. Builder Warranty Scope

The TDG Builder Warranty, and the underlying California SB-800 statutory warranty, apply only to ground-up new construction homes developed by TDG, running from the date of the Certificate of Occupancy. TDG does not provide the Builder Warranty, or any equivalent warranty, on remodeled, renovated, or additions-only projects.
