A distinguished real estate developer who has facilitated dozens of million-dollar projects across Los Angeles, RC specializes in contemporary, modern farmhouse, traditional, and Mediterranean designs. Notable sales include 7115 Macapa ($8.65M), 8070 Laurelmont ($7M), and 7932 Woodrow Wilson ($6.75M). He is currently expanding TDG's focus into contemporary multifamily developments citywide.

With nearly $300 million in sales, Oliver is one of the top agents in the Los Angeles area. He collaborates closely with RC on every development — bringing exceptional analysis of development opportunities, securing project financing, and raising capital from investors. When a TDG home is finished, Oliver's team takes it to market.

The Model
Most developments pass through separate hands — an architect, a builder, a listing agent — each with their own incentives. At TDG, the people who design the home also build it, and the people who build it also represent it.
